Raised in the Chicagoland area, Erin S. Davis concentrates
her practice in professional liability litigation. As
an associate at Kominiarek Bresler Harvick & Gudmundson,
she brings an organized and thorough understanding of
the medical issues that transcends review of the medical
records and taking depositions. She has helped defend
cases with a clear focus on a forthright presentation
of the medical issues by the attorney and defendant,
working as a team to educate and persuade the jury.
“I
enjoy the complexities of handling medical and legal
issues at the same time,” Erin says. “Presenting
these cases to a jury and attempting to make these issues
accessible to a jury of laypeople is a challenge unlike
any other.”
Prior
to joining the firm as an attorney, Erin clerked at
Kominiarek Bresler Harvick & Gudmundson while completing
her law degree. She graduated from DePaul University
School of Law in 2005, where she was active in the Student
Bar Association and Student Mentor Program.
